ASGARD Mobile

We have resolved the reported issue with AsgardMobile 1.0 notifications on ANDROID Devices.

We are aware of an issue impacting ANDROID users running the latest version of the Android OS. Users receive intermittent errors indicating the app was intended for earlier versions.

We are investigating reports that APPLE users are unable to create work orders after upgrading to iOS 13. We are working to resolve this user but request that users hold off upgrading in the meantime.
