LOCATION TREE
In conjunction with the Katana team, your site map is loaded into Asgard in the form of a tree. All areas of the property where work can be completed or where assets exist are included.
LOCATIONS IN WORK ORDERS
The Location Tree ties directly to the Locations field on the Create Work Order page. The Type-and-Tab fast entry design of the Create Work Order page allows users to begin typing the name of the location, and Asgard filters the results to only show those that match what is being typed.
If there is an area of the property that needs to be included in the Location Tree for reporting of zoning purposes, but where work orders should not be deployed to, the location can be marked as “Do Not Show” and it will not be included in the Location field list results.
LOCATIONS AND PENDING WORK
When work orders are incomplete for a specific location, the pending work will be viewable to the right of the location in the Location Tree.
LOCATIONS AND ASSETS
Similar to pending work orders, assets loaded into Asgard will be tied to their specific location on the property and can be viewed in the Location Tree.
