Lost and Found

Asgard includes a Lost and Found tool on the Welcome Page, which is expandable to a full-page view. Items can be logged into the appropriate tab, and detailed description, location, condition, and finder/loser information can be recorded. Each entry is give a unique ID by Asgard.

Entries are defaulted to expire after 60 days, but the expiration timeframe can be configured differently. Expired and returned items always remain in Asgard.

The New Found Item, and New Lost Item, forms contain a number of free-text fields that allow you to record as much information about items as your corporate policy requires.
